Mall Manager in Gomel Region

The Mall Manager is the key driver of sales and excellent customer service in the store. This role is accountable for key performance indicators (KPI’s), meeting financial expectations, and creating a FUN team environment.

Job Details & Essential Duties

  • Responsible to manage all aspects of retail store;
  • Create a performance culture to deliver KPIs, meet or exceed store financial projections and maximize revenue opportunities;
  • Development and implementation of a shopping mall concept to maximize productivity, profitability and margins while adhering to all applicable laws governing store operations;
  • Follow all company policies and practices to deliver operational excellence in all areas including human resources, visual merchandising, marketing, loss prevention, operations and safety and security of people and assets;
  • Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements;
  • Possess an uncompromising level of business ethics and integrity;
  • Interpret corporate communication and provide clear direction to others. Focus on Exceptional Customer Experience;
  • Attraction of tenants, lease of vacant space, conclusion of contracts, resolving disputes with tenants;
  • Control of employees' compliance with quality standards;
  • Recruit, select, hire and onboard talent;
  • Implementation of uninterrupted operation of engineering networks;
  • Budgeting of costs for the current maintenance of the facility;
  • Assess and develop talent within the team for future growth;
  • Actively participate in the performance management process, which includes recognizing, coaching, providing meaningful feedback, writing and delivering corrective actions to improve personal & store performance.


  • Higher education;
  • Experience in managing a large shopping center or other commercial real estate of large areas
  • Leadership skills, analytical skills;
  • Knowledge and understanding of marketing campaigns (attracting and increasing potentialcustomers).
  • Negotiation skills;
